52 Boskloof is the highest house in the Boskloof Eco-estate. It faces west-south-west and has a virtually unbroken view from the Helderberg to Cape Point. The house was designed to be  largely sheltered from the south-easter, though it does feel the brunt of the north-western as many Boskloof houses do.

We built the house in 2005-2006, and lived there from  June 2006 when we had to return to England for reasons of work. Since then the house has been rented out. We are selling because we now find that we are unlikely to be able to return to live in South Africa for extended periods of time.

House details

The house comprises:

  • Not overlooked from the back or front

The not-so-good points
